What sandals would you bring to the parks?

My new Cleo Crocs were delivered today....not quite sure if I like them or not. I have been wearing them around the house, but sometimes it feels like my feet are "backing out" of them. Maybe I just need to wear them a while and let them mold to my feet? Any advice?:confused3

I took about 4 or 5 different pair of shoes with me. My trusty sneakers that I wear 40 hours a week at work, 2 pairs of crocs, some flip flops and some dressier brown sandals for breakfast in the castle. The only shoes that bothered me were my sneakers, I ended up with two blisters from them. I spent the rest of the week alternating between crocs and flip flops.

I second that. I swear by Old Navy flip flops. They dry pretty quickly too. Just watch out for minor rubbing when they are wet. It happens sometimes. But then again, it would happen with any wet shoe. Old Navy flip flops are also small, they they are really easy to throw in a bag to carry with you for the wet rides.

I have been wearing Old Navy flip flops from May-September without fail for 4 years! I have every color (I even talked myself into buying the lime green flip flops for 2007 even thought I had perfectly good lime green 2006 flip flops-- the shade of green was different:goodvibes )
I always wear the flip flops to the parks and never get blisters, although this year I am thinking of making the Croc switch myself. :confused3 I wore a pair of fake ones to the beach last summer and they were incredibly comfortable.

My mom has the Keen Sarasota sandals and swears by them. On our last family trip she wore them almost the entire time, no problems.

If you like nike try their flip flops I wore them when we went last yr and they dry really fast I also wore the old navy but the would keep sliding off when the got wet if it's like Sl M and it's just alittle water then O.N. maybe ok but I would say the nike I have three pairs and they are like $20.00 I can get them on sale at kohls for $14.99 they had them at that price alot last summer

I know they're not exactly sandals, but I highly suggest Vans slip-ons!! They're easy to deal with, super comfy and they're not going to kill your feet. You can get them at your local Vans store $35-$40. Plus they come in all sorts of colors and patterns!!

I just bought 2 pairs of adidas slip on sandals with the fit foam and they feel so GOOD. JC penneys had a BOGO sale!

I saw yesterday at walmart in like the summer stuff they may be in the shoes too but the are walmart "crocs" sandels http://shop.crocs.com/pc-14-4-athens.aspx?reqid=14&reqProdTypeId=41p&subsectionname=footwear&section=products for $6.93:banana:

I have been wearing them all day:thumbsup2

I saw them in the shoe dept. I thought they would be a hard plastic but they felt pretty spongy. I might try a pair after all for around the house and the beach and save my crocs for work & disney. Linda

When we were at WDW last Spet., it was sooo hot! When I tried to wear my New Balance tennis shoes...with good socks.....my feet were tired, sore and sweaty. I changed to my Mickey Crocs for the rest of the week, and I was the only one in our party of 4, that did not get a single blister. This year I will still take my sneakers.....but also my Mickey Crocs, my Alice Crocs and I just ordered a new pair of Cleo Crocs, online. I should rec. my shipment in a couple of days, so I'll let ya know how the Cleos work out.

I just got my new cleo crocs last week, I wore them to work on friday and then went food shopping they are so comfortable. Linda :)

yea the are very comfortable I love them I have the crocs knock offs from payless I think they are more comfortable then the crocs they don't have the little dots in the bottoms and they are like $14.99 I think if not $19.99 I have 5 pairs of those Orange Pink Blue Black and Red,White and Blue tye dye like

Went to Walmart and (as suggested) bought the croc-like flip-flops for $6.39. I wore them the rest of the afternoon and they are really comfy. Will give them a few more days of wear....and if all is well, I just may go back and buy a couple more in different colors!:thumbsup2

Has anyone tried the Teva Olowahu sandals??

Has anyone tried the Teva Olowahu sandals??

I have and love them! I am getting ready to get a new pair for this summer even though my old ones still have plenty of life in them. The foot beds are as comfy as the Mush. I also like the double strap feature and they do not bother me in between the toes like some flip flops do.

I love my Teva's. I only have the terra fi, they were a bit expensive but I've had them for years now & wear them alot, walking, in water and they've held up beautifully. Well worth the money. Sooo comfortable.

It's can be expensive but I like the trekkers from Land's End. If you go to sears and they don't have the exact one you want there they can order it for you and you will get free shipping. If you don't like it bring it back to sears and they will ship it back free of charge. I like these though. The straps are lined with a jersey fabric so it won't iratate your skin. The soles are contored to your feet for better comfort and support and a shock absorber. Best of all they wistand anything. We put a lot of milage on them in the summer between the beach and boating with friends. The grip the sand and are great on those wet slippery boat decks. My DS 21 just got a new pair and he bought his a couple summers ago. As I said though they can be expensive but IMHO it is well worth it.

Wore my TEVA Mush thongs and loved them. To be on safe side I rubbed a little Body Glide on top of feet and never got a blister or rubbing. Only thing was after 5 days of non-stop walking my inner heel was starting to feel sore so I switched for 1 day to sneakers and then back to the TEVA'S.
