What`s an appetizer?

I reed lots of comments that people miss the appetizer but could anyone explain to me what is an appatizer?

An appetizer is what comes before the entree of your meal...some people order soup or salad or antipasto...like that. I believe what you are refering to is the 2008 DDP where an appetizer is no longer included in the meal pan. Hope that helps

Sjaakie, it's what we call a "voorafje". The took it of the 2008 DDP, which annoyed a lot of DIS-ers.
