What rooms should are these?

We are about to board the dream today but first we went outside and saw these small windows at the bottom. Are these crew rooms or passenger rooms? And another question has anything on the dream changed since last year? Just really anxious (3 boarding groups away)!

I believe the 2 small porthole rooms are deck 1. I don't believe the Dream has any guest rooms on deck 1. The Magic and Wonder do have a few lower-deck staterooms with 2 small portholes.
