Don't sit in the back of Rock 'n' Rollercoaster. I LOVE rollercoasters, but sitting in the back of that has totally made me NEVER want to ride it again. Even with my head forced against the head-rest, my head was still thrown from side to side, as was mum's and sister's, and we all came out with very red ears. In fact, I came out holding onto mine because they hurt so much! I also had a bad headache for the rest of the day.
Take heed on the Mission: Space warnings! DO NOT do the intense version! Having done it once, I don't think I'll be doing it again, and my mum certainly won't be - she had to reach for one of the sick bags!
The Hulk, for some reason, was not very smooth when we rode it (although it had shut a couple of times that day due to vibrations). That left me with a dull headache and sicky feeling that took a couple of hours and a couple of bottles of water to shake off.
Spiderman is great - simulator, track ride and 3-d effects all combined into one. I wear glasses, so at times the 3-D glasses (over my glasses) made me feel a little weird. The worst 3-D ride I went on was actually Shrek 4-D at Universal. I came off that wanting to throw up (although didnt!).
Avoid the Tea Cups, Men In Black (US) and Storm Force (UIOA) - they all spin
Soarin' is a difficult one to advise on, as it depends on what sets off your travel sickness. You are basically in a dome-shaped building and the video is played out in front of you, but also curves to the top, bottom and sides, so if you need to look straight out the front of a car when a passenger (i.e in the front rather than the back), it could cause some issues.
