What rides at IOA have big drops?

I hate big drops and can't do roller coasters either. What rides should I avoid at IOA?

Hulk and Dueling Dragons are roller coasters with drops, twists and loops. On Spiderman you don't actually drop, but the special effects makes it seem like you are falling about 40 stories. Dr. Doom shoots you straight up in the air, but you don't drop down quickly. Dudley Do-Right and Jurassic Park River Adventure both have steep drops at the end. If you don't do drops or coasters, you will miss all of the best stuff at IoA.
