What rides are open during extra magic hours?

I think when we're there Disneyland Park is open for EMH every day from 8-10am. Have I heard though it's just really the rides in Fantasyland that are actually open then?

Was kind of hoping to use EMH on 3 mornings to see a lot in the DL park - as first Disney trip with 16 month DS and with fitting in early nights, naps and meals need to be a bit more organised!

its only certain rides in Fantasyland and Discoveryland which are open in EMH. In Fantasyland its Dumbo, Peter Pan, teacups, carousel, and sometimes Snow White or Pinocchio.

In Discoveryland its Buzz lazer blast, Orbitron, and Space Mountain 2.
