Yes. Once EE is over the queue will build over the first hour or so of park open and will then typically sit between 45-60minutes for the rest of the day. I highly recommending doing TSMM in EE if you have access to DCA EE (ie- are staying on site).

My experience is that it's not like WDW, but it's still a wait. We were there about 2 weeks ago. The pier rides were all closed so EE was messed up. We got on it at about 8:05, right after it opened, and it was a 25 minute wait. The rest of the day it was a 40 minute wait. Pretty consistently, I think it would dip down to 30ish some though. We did it on an EE morning first and it was awesome, zero wait. We were able to ride it 3 times in a row. But pretty much by 8 it was a 25 minute wait again and shortly thereafter up to 40ish.
