What ride terrifies you?

I don't know why I'm telling you this, but I have a reacurring nightmare about being trapped in a falling elevator. So needless to say, I will NEVER go on ToT. I just can't imagine doing that for real!

For me it's Tower of Terror. I love a thrill, but my butt kept coming flying up off the seat and it really unsettled me. Both of my boys got off that ride and said never again, but they looooooved Rockin' Rollercoaster. Since TOT usually has a long wait, I think we'll just pass on it next time.

I've never gone on Mission Space and I probably won't. I get sick to my stomach easily and I just don't need that while trying to enjoy a day in WDW!

Tower of Terror, did it once, but that was before they changed it from the bar to seatbelts and the random ride sequences. So maybe I'll do it, but usually I tend to chicken out on that ride.

I agree with TOT. I am so scared to ride it, but DH really wants to. I have a few months to make him reconsider.

Screamed like a little girl on Dinosaur when the T-Rex leaps out. Too scared to try Mission Space but I think I'll try the "less intense" version next time I'm in the World. :)

The list of things I won't go on far outweigh those that I will

Tower of Terror (went on it once to get the picture to prove that I went on it and some lady had her hand up and completely blocked me, so I had to ride it again. That was the last time for that one.

Dinosaur! went on it a few times, haven't seen a thing inside of it yet :rotfl: Remember the commercial for that "other" theme park when the lady says that she wants to get closer to her kids and they show her squeezing her children to her chest. We have a picture like that of me, my daughter, and her friend. Won't be doing that again.

The following are my "never have's/never wills"
Splash Mountain
Expedition Everest
Mission Space (even the mild version)
Rock n Roller Coaster
Stitch's Great Escape (can't take the idea of being forced to stay in my seat by that harness)
Astro Orbiter - I always knew I didn't want to ride this, but I'll have to make sure Jasmine finds out how wild it is. She is a wild child and she probably always thought this was a kiddy ride.

TOT really terrifies me. Last summer was the very first time i rode it and will probally be my last and only time. :goodvibes

As scared as I was on Mission Space, it's one of my favorites....Dinosaur is also horrifying but I love it.....Sadly, the teacups are what do it for me....not because I'm scared but because i get absolutely terribly sick. I HATE THOSE THINGS!!! :rotfl2:

TEA CUPS!! I HATE THEM! It is the only ride I ever got sick on in my life! NEVER AGAIN!

This is such a fun thread I just have to jump in on it.

I was terrified by Alien Encounter before they changed it to Stitch's Great Escape (or whatever it's called now). I didn't want to go on it but my boyfriend at the time talked me into it, then laughed at me when I started crying because I was so terrified. Fortunately for me the ride's been change and he's no longer my boyfriend.

I also have an irrational fear of roaches that can provoke panic attacks so I won't set foot in It's Tough to Be a Bug. Said previous boyfriend tried to get me on that too, but after the fiasco at AE, I put my foot down.

I can ride Dinosaur! but it scares the bejeezus out of me. I'm with those other posters who said they've yet to make it to the end of the ride with their eyes open.

I'm a rollercoaster and thrill-ride junkie and I haven't had any problems with any of the coasters at Disney. I loved Mission Space and didn't experience any nausia on it whatsoever, but for some strange reason became sick on Spaceship Earth! The Tower of Terror is my favorite ride, so obviously that doesn't scare me much.

Another ride I won't ride again is the Teacups. It doesn't scare me but it will make me very, very sick.
