What ride terrifies you?

Astro Orbiters are the scariest.

Mission Space I will not ride due to the nausea factor.

the second time I went on it I sat next to a lady who started screaming before the elevator left the first shaft, and she screamed so hard for the entire time that I was distracted.

Sorry....that was probably me screaming. I was petrified on TOT and that was the second time I was on it. I talked my best friend into going on it with me when I knew darn well that I hated it. I screamed the whole time we were in the elevator shaft and could hardly wait for that stupid thing to stop dropping. I really don't plan to ever ride that again!

Mission Space I have a problem with tight quarters and I am afraid I will embarrass myself something silly.

Mission Space, hands down. Never have tried it and never will. Haunted Mansion... no thank you, too creepy for me. Dinosaur... don't like things jumping out at me, thanks. And lastly, Rock 'n Roller Coaster; I'm terrified of going upside down (had a bad experience on one coaster in SC that did and have been scared ever since). Oh, and it's not a ride, but It's Tough To Be A Bug. Saw it in 2001 and had a full scale panic attack that lasted around 10 minutes (the worst part) and lingered on for almost an hour. :sad2:

I was completely terrified of Tower of Terror (yuck yuck), but I finally worked up the nerve to go on it in March. Surprise, surprise, I laughed through the whole thing! :lmao: Now I'm mad at myself for wasting all those potential rides over the years. It was great, and I can't wait to ride it again in 2008. :teeth:

I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't like It's Tough to be a Bug. I'm also not so much for Honey, I Shrunk the Audience. I guess I just have an overactive imagination. Dinosaur also completely frightened me. Give me Tower of Terror any day!

I would have to say Mission Space. My husband and I went on it when it first opened, and my husband loved it and I didn't care for it. Luckily, I didn't get sick, but definitely not my favorite ride at WDW.

Space mountain, it is too rough and jerky, hurts my back everytime, I can't ride it. The smooth coaster (RnR, BTM,ToT, EE no problems)

I am terrified of heights! I wish I could ride things and enjoy them like other people. I can do SPace Mountain because it is in the dark and I have no idea where I am. I have seen the ride when it was closed for repair, and it is like a "wild mouse" if you have ever seen one of those.

I rode TOT once with DH when it first opened. Just the anticipation of falling made me so scared I couldn't enjoy the "pre show". When it ended, I laughed, but I doubt I could do it again. DH looked as pale as can be, and I thought he was going to have a heart attack.

Splash Mountain - I am clostrophobic and going down into that ride I cried the whole way and kept begging not to ride. Again the little dips were so cute, and the animatronics adorable, but I was too busy waiting for the hill and the drop....I am ok once it is down, but the drop makes me scream and close my eyes!

Never rode RNRC - don't know if I could tolerate being upside down - if it's in the dark, I guess I could - is it all Dark????

Expedition Everest - don't know anything about it = I heard it was in the dark, is it? If it is, I think it's a go, but not if it goes backwards and I can see it - the visual makes me sick

MS - I am afraid I would die - I am a nurse and the thought of that much pressure on my arteries and veins scares me - will do the still version though.

When WDW had those cable cars that were high above the park, I would have sooner taken a snake bite than to have to go up in those cars!

Love dinosaur, it's funny I think - and if you ever watch those shows at the Travel Channel or Discovery, they show how all of the rides are made and what the cars are like - so it doesn't bother me.

That ride in dinoland that is a rollercoaster that spins would kill me - I don't do spinning either.

Soarin scares me and I just hang onto DH and close my eyes. It makes me dizzy and I feel like I am going to fall when you go up that mountain and then are flying over the valleys - don't like my feet dangling and that little "seat belt" - like that is going to help me stay in! Ha
:rotfl2:

Dinosaur - the first version, no problem, when we went in January of 2004 I was scared silly. Here I am, a grown woman with my head under my best friend's arm throughout the whole ride  . We are going to WDW end of August and I know my son will want to ride it...I try not to show my silly irrational fears in front of my children, but HOW, HOW, HOW will I do that on Dinosaur? I could do what I would do as a child - say I have to go to the bathroom right when we are supposed to go on it so he has to go with his Dad alone. :thumbsup2

Mission Space. I don't think I expected it to be as bad, but I knew I shouldn't have gone on. Spent the rest of the day with a migraine.

I have never been on Tower of Terror, but am wondering.....how bad is it really?

Well i am scared of dinosaur, ittbab, and HISTA, the thought of things running past my legs.

DD hates ToT, and haunted mansion, mainly because of the film, she has a dislaiking for the green lady in the ball, :rotfl2:

DH seems to enjoy everything.

I will NOT do it. Not because I fear instant death by heart attack, but I fear nausea. My DH says it's fine and an amazing ride, but I'll just have to take his word for it.

My DH won't ride Primeval Whirl. It makes him sick - I can't believe he can do Mission Space but not this mamby-pamby little roller coaster. He just said to me, "It scares me, I don't like it. I feel like I'm falling over the edge."

I guess it takes all kinds....

PamNC

Tower of Terror was the most awful thing ever for me. I went on it because DH told me it was "great." I still haven't completely forgiven him.

Mission: Space at least the old version because I get really motion sick. I'm still debating about the milder version.

RnR, I am not a big fan of loop coasters. It's the only WDW ride that ever got sick on, and I don't get sick on rides usually, not even Mission: Space.
