The only one I do consistantly is MyPoints... and it's so I can cash out eventually with some nice g/c (seems like we got food g/c for our last Disney trip).

Why do you do the points programs :D

I do these...My points,Milesource,Memolink, Blink, and Click to the magic also Creations rewards sometimes. I think I'm over doing it with all these programs don't you? I started doing these for extra money for wdw...

I ONLY buy from My Points links. They religiously credit my account without problems. I NEVER will buy again through Blink. It is fun to get the instant rewards but after over two months I am still waiting for some purchase credits to go through.

I use CR and CttM but they aren't my top favs. Mostly because it is a pain to have to forward e-mails and the points you earn from transactons other than purchases aren't hefty. Sometimes it is hard to recall which welcome offer goes to where...

But too many reward programs lead you pretty much to the same page with tons of offers, often ending in yet more and more. It can get very confusing so I stick to just one for purchases (My Points), and three more to click here and there

MyPoints - Hilton HHonors points
Memolink - Wal-Mart cards
Tasias - Cash
Milesource - Footlocker certificates through giveanything.com
Diners Club points - Hilton HHonors tickets
Skymiles - Delta Airlines tickets
Hilton HHonors - Disney parkhoppers
Holiday Inn- Universal tickets
Marriot Rewards - Disney parkhoppers, Universal tickets

clkelley... you said you do Tasias for cash, can you direct me to this site?

I do mostly MyPoints because it is fairly easy. I have done Milesource (www.milesource.com) when the offered Giftcertificates.com as a redemption offer because I could get RFC (Rainforest Cafe) gcs, now they have nothing that I use for Disney so I am probably not going to continue doing that program. I have done Blink in the past but find it takes so long and is so slow to accumulate points that it is not really worth my time.

I do reward tv (www.rewardtv.com) where you answer questions about TV shows and commercials. You can accumulate points to redeem on certain dates (changes weekly) for stores and restaurants (which also change weekly). I redeem my points there for Lowe's or Home Depot since, as a homeowner, I can always find something to buy there-lol!

HTH!

cook4you, send me a private message and I will send you a referral link.

Thanks,

Carol

Reward Tv --you don't need a referral to sign up at all. if you want to do so to help out someone here you can PM them with your email and they will send you a sign-up offer from reward tv.

HTH!

ALSO-just my .02 on Tasia's. I did this program for awhile but don't feel any rewards program should make you pay for faster payouts and more earning ops. I know that others feel differently about this one but i have been waiting since Sept for $19 from them--a long time to wait if you ask me. I notice that not too many here on the DIS do Tasia's but lots of people on the MyCoupons boards do and you might want to read a bit about them over there--the good and the bad. Like I said, just my opinion. :)

I do:
  • Creations Rewards: for Disney Dollars
  • Click to the Magic - also for Disney Dollars
  • MyPoints - for Webcertificates
  • MileSource - Hyatt GCs (for that late-night arrival at the airport)
  • LuckyPoints- for WalMart GCs (you can get groceries at the Super WalMart)
  • PCH Points - for WalMart GCs
  • MemoLink - more Walmart GCs
  • Search Cactus - $$$$$
  • NetFlip - $$$$$
  • eBates - $$$$$

I also have rewards credit cards: Chase-i MasterCard for webbies, USAirways VISA and Diners' Club for frequent flier miles and a Chase business card with points that I hope to use for a car rental. I got the Disney VISA to replace the USAir card. I hope to be able to use the points for some WDW-related purchases.

As you can see, all my rewards are Disney-trip related. It's the only way that I have to get my DH to agree to see the mouse over and over again.

I am new to these programs and I tend to spend alot of time on the computer.I want to know your secrets for these programs...Memolink, Milesource,Creations Rewards, CttM,and My Points. Also why do you not do Blink?

I don't think that there are any big secrets to doing rewards. The biggest advise I have is:
  • Get a free email address like a yahoo or hotamil address. That way you won't clog up your private email with the flood of junk that will follow every sign up you do.
  • If the program allows more than one household member, get your spouse and any qualified kids (age can be a factor) to sign up using you as a reference.
  • Choose one or two programs to shop thru. Make a small purchase thru them and see how long it takes to credit or if you have to fight for those points. This is one reason that I do not shop thru MileSource.
  • Get into a daily routine for doing your rewards programs. I do them in the morning before the kids get up for school.
  • For MyPoints, take advantage of the bonus emails and Tupperware offers. There are big points to be had for very little $$ spent.
  • For CR, make sure that you forward all confirmation emails for purchases and sign ups. Include your user number in all correspondence.
  • For Memolink, click thru all the memomail you get if just for the points. Check here daily for the trivia answer. Someone always posts it.
  • CTTM is very much like CR. Forward all confirmation emails and make sure to add your user id #.

As far as not doing BLINK goes: I actually am doing BLINK but will quit as soon as I ach the next cashout level. My reasons for quitting are:
  • Poor customer service.
  • No credit for purchases/sign up. No response to emails concerning them.
  • Reputation for very slow payment.
  • Takes too long to earn just $10.
  • The program itself is time-consuming everyday.

I just signed up for MyPoints on Saturday. My points have appeared in my account (both Sunday morning and this morning), but I still haven't gotten one e-mail. Anyone know how long it takes before the "flood" of e-mail starts. I'm so anxious to get started clicking and earning!

I don't think you've missed any. I don't think I got any this weekend. Maybe one, but that was about my cashout last week.

They seem to come in waves. And if I'm not mistaken, the weekends are kind of slow.

Currently I'm doing My Points, Memolink, and Milesource. I used to do Blink but it took too long to do on a daily basis for the piddly amount of points they give you. Plus, their customer service is non-existent. I also used to do Search Cactus back when you could earn .25 a day, but since they changed their policy it just seems like too much hassle (plus there are lots of days when you can only get .05 or .06). I also did Tasias for awhile and I absolutely can't recommend it on any level. I've been waiting since October for a $30 cash out and my pay out date keeps getting pushed farther and farther back. They are constantly having technical difficulties, and the program often runs extremely slow even on a DSL line. I'll be shocked if I ever see my $30. I don't see the program lasting, and considering you have to buy your membership before you can cash out I wouldn't risk it. I cringe when I think of how many hours I wasted doing that program.

Mypoints -my favorite. I use this one for shopping due to the bonus points. One box of contacts a month, no shipping cost, I've been able to find coupons on the web. - I usually cash out for macaroni grill gift cards $25 gift card every 3 months or so.

creationsrewards - this will take a while. Don't really recommend this one, not sure it will last much longer.

click to the magic - While other click sites are dying... This one is thriving, and adding new features, and the customer service is FAST!

76 rewards - this will take a while, but it doesn't take much time per day, and the weekly fantasy racing is fun. I should be able to get $100 gas card in two years (pay for the stupid smog inspections)

reward tv - lots of fun. big time investment, but i'm earning $5 every 2 weeks or so.

amazon clicks- not time intensive. I need to buy some books, so this makes sense

urbanfreebies - not sure about this one, just joined. It is new, so I reseve judgement, but i like getting points for watching movie trailers.

I have a little one I nurse at the keyboard, so this gives my mind something to do. Not sure I'll do all of these after I wean.
Faith
