What restaurants require deposit?

I'm trying to plan our ADRs for December, and need to call tomorrow morning. I hope to add the dining plan, if DH gets the year end bonus he hopes to, but will need to change plans if he doesn't. I don't want to accidentally forget to cancel something with a deposit. So, can anyone tell me what places require a credit card deposit, hold or whatever? Thanks.

I know CRT and PSB asked for a credit card ... I am not sure what else.
