I know we don't want to use up to TS for dinner but wondering if anyone could recommend some restaurants that might work for viewing of illuminations. What time should I schedule the dinner for?

La Hacienda and Rose and Crown would be my choices. I'd schedule a 7:30ish. Then have a nice relaxed dinner. As with any place though alot of people will be trying to do the same thing and there is no guarantee that you will be seated where you will have a good view. That takes a little pixie dust!

I would also vote for Rose and Crown because even if you don't get a table that has a good view you can go down to the viewing area that is reserved for R&C patrons. We watched IllumiNations from there last December and the view was great. I'd aim for a 7:45 or later reservation so that you're at dessert by the the IllumiNations starts.

Also just to note, all of the restaurants around WS are one credit per person except Le Cellier (which becomes a Signature on starting 3/1 and does not have a view of IllumiNations). Bistro, which may have a few tables with a view, does not accept the dining plan.
