All of the deluxes have rooms that sleep five. Maybe two queens and a day bed (twin sized) or one queen, a set of bunks and a day bed (AKL). POR has a room with two double beds and a trundle bed. FW has the cabins that sleep six. The DVC resorts have two bedroom villas that sleep 8.
But if one of your kids in under three, he/she really doesn't count towards the bed count. They offer a Pack n Play for babies to sleep in (or you might request a portable crib if they have one available).
You could always get two Value resort rooms that connect. Kids in one room, Mom and Dad in the other.
