* What resort has the best Concierge floor/services??? *

I do like AKL because of the sunset safari, sunrise safari and the unusual fanfare of food.

My personal requests have been handled well at any concierge level of any deluxe resort.

AKL Concierge and BWI Concierge are the two I've experienced and they are TOP NOTCH. The Itinerary Planning Offices for both of these are fantastic - I have had Cinderella's Royal Table booked no problem (when requested before the 90-day mark! ), fabulous gifts waiting in the room for my friends and family (charged to my credit card, of course), last-minute Priority Seatings, town car service set up for me... The Sunrise Safari at AKL is an amazing experience; The Lounges at both these resorts are very, very nice; inviting, lovely spaces. You will not regret staying Concierge at either of these wonderful resorts!

I've only been to 2 concierges, AKL & WL and AKL was the best. The food, service, lounge, CM's were top notch; plus I loooved that capuccino machine...

Here's a vote for the Poly. We have stayed at WL concierge, and it was very, very nice. We upgraded at check in, so we did not take advantage of the staff making PS's for us, but they were extremely nice and remembered DS each time we "came home". I vote for the Poly for a number of reasons. The location of the Hawaii longhouse cannot be beat. There is a great view of the castle from the lounge. It is incredibly close to both the beach and the pool. Our garden view was lovely. The staff was very nice and attentive to us. They were able to get DS into the Junior Chefs program at GF at a week's notice. The food was delicious and plentiful, and there was quite a varied menu.

My vote would go to the Polynesian. I will say that every concierge level we have been on has provided top service every trip.

So far we have stayed CL at WL and BWI. The BWI was fantastic both times we stayed there. We were planing on YC but hurricane Frances ruined that visit. Next up is the Polynesian unless I can get 14th at CR.

CR, 14th floor, is wonderful. Only 5 rooms & 11 suites on the entire floor. The views are just out of this world. You can watch the fireworks from the lounge balcony while having dessert & coffee. They even pip in the soundtrack. The food and staff are wonderful.

I like the gold room keys. I loved the eye pop's I'd get from the CM's when I'd hand it to one for a charge.

But the view, did I mention the incrediable VIEW?!

Since I've not experienced CR 14th floor yet, my vote would have to be for AKL right now. Now I sought advice from my fellow disers on my resort dilema recently. The majority voted for CR 14th floor.

Kimberle - All the wonderful comments made on the 14th floor recently is making me SOOOO antsy to go visit. It sounds absolutely delightful. They really have gold keys for the 14th floor? Another detail learned I suppose.

Okay - so I voted AKL from my personal experience and CR 14th floor from all the awesome praises that it received.
