On certain nights (at least), Boma does an excellent one, with an herb/spice rub crust.

Boma has a nice prime rib, Cape May has an awesome prime rib!

Chef Mickey's serves prime rib at dinner as does 1900 Park Fare (also at dinner). The best prime rib I have ever eaten was at Boma. Its always been there on the nights we have eaten there. Some of the other things have changed out, but we have always had prime rib. Maybe we just got lucky!
