Not ADRs or FP+, but actual resort/ticket/dining plan add-on changes?
I've seen some people say they were able to add the free dining promo onto their reservation last year without calling in, and others who said they had to call in. So, I'm really curious about qualifies a reservation to being able to modify it online through the site without needing to call in to the call center, and what exactly can be modified. On the site it says..
I'm trying to decide if I want to book a room only reservation this go around. We are hoping for a fall promo, but I think a room only code would work in our favor more than the free dining, which needs to be a package... anyway, I'm aware of the hassle and wait endured by people last year and would like to avoid it. And yes, I am contemplating not even making a reservation until it is released. I am not sure how flexible we want to be with our resort choice though and if it comes down to not being able to apply anything later, we may just forgo all promos to keep our 1st choice. Also, undecided about booking ADRs one at a time or how important 180+10 is to me. ANYWAY. Rambling.
