What rate did you get at the GF for this Dec?

We are really hoping to stay at the Grand Floridian for our trip next December. Can anybody tell me what you are paying in early Dec. this year? Also, how did you get that rate - code, AP, etc? I'm just trying to get some idea of what we will have to spend. Thanks!

AP for Dec 6th at a rate of $189 garden view.

We have Sugar Loaf for $365.20 including tax...AP rate. This includes two extra adults as our sons are 22 and 20. So I guess it would be $315.20. Does anyone know if they charge tax on the extra adult fee?

I first had code cko for annual pass holder for $309.69 tax included
Then used code CKN and refigured price to $298.69 tax included
