That has tax included. The grand total for five nights is $1277. One additional benefit of AP's is the very good cancellation policy and payment policy - can cancel anytime up to five days in advance without penalty and need to pay only a one night deposit with the rest due at checkin.
One disadvantage of AP's - if you buy them, you will likely want to use them more than once. We went for eight days in May and are now going for 10 in January in large part because we will not have to pay the money for the tickets.
