What questions do we need to be prepared for? My Dad has got a scooter in the past but I am hearing they have new rules. Thanks for any advice.

I’m not aware of any new rules to use an ECV. The new qualifications pertain to DAS only. If the ECV meets his needs then he’s all set.

We’ve had an ECV user on each of our last two trips. Depending upon the attraction cast members will ask if your dad is capable standing in line or needs an alternative entrance that requires less distance on his feet as not all lines can accommodate the ECV. Also if he’ll need help transferring to a ride vehicle.

We found the cast members overwhelmingly helpful on both trips.

Sorry I wasn't very clear in my question. He has got the DAS in the past. Not for scooter issues but other issues. What questions will I need to ask? He did bring a Doctors note last time but I know they don't need it. What will he be asked so I can prepare him not to stress. Just say why he can't wait for a long periods of time?

The same main question will be asked as was in the past:
What are your concerns with waiting in the regular lines.
More questions may be asked for clarification of the needs and the CM may bring in a health professional for more questions/clarification.

WE ARE ASKING PEOPLE NOT TO POST EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE ASKED OR WHAT THEY ANSWERED/SAID THEIR CONCERNS WERE.
First, each person’s concerns will be individual for them.
Second, even though the concerns and questions would be individual, having them out there makes it easier for scammers.
