What QS are open at EPCOT during EMH?

Does anyone know what, if any, counter service are open during EPCOT EMH?
How about at MK?

The few times we have been to Epcot for EMH night hours they close the countries food service at 9

I don't know about the Tangerine Cafe or La Cantina de San Angel, but in December, the Kringla stayed open until the end of EMH.

Allears.net has a list of places that are open during EMH. I don't know if they stay open during the entire EMH or only part of it (I don't recall seeing the TS restaurants still open at the end of EMH, but I wasn't looking either).

Here is an old Epcot EEMH Times Guide to give you an "idea" of what is "usually" open.

Be sure to swing by Epcot Guest Relations when you arrrive for EEMH to get the schedule for that PARTICULAR EEMH.
