Minnie is at Chef Mickey's, not certain where else.

Chip and Dale are at the Garden Grill.

As of Jan 5th, no characters will be at LTT.

We ate at Cape May Buffet on Oct 27th and had a great time. The characters there are now Donald, Goofy and Minnie. It was really cute, they were dressed in beach outfits.

Minnie can be found at Cape May, and also at Chef Mickeys. Oh yeah, and she also is at Backyard BBQ. Currently she also can be found at LTT, but the characters are being removed in Jan.

The characters at GG dinner are Mickey, Pluto, Chip and Dale. Cape May has Minnie, Goofy, and Donald. And the characters at LTT for now are Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale.
