That makes me wonder how many times buyers & sellers have "met" each other on these ROFR threads. I don't know if that would be cool or awkward.

No, there aren't. I've been keeping my eye on this particular contract for a couple of weeks because it matches my UY with my other VGC contract. I blame you guys for not buying it over that period of time.

I wouldn't say that this one has a 99.99% chance of getting ROFRed, but it is definitely well above 0%. If it is taken, at least we helped a seller. Don't know what a plan "B" would be with so very few VGC contracts for sale right now.

Yes. I don't know the reasons behind it, though. I know that they have ROFRed some VGC. Maybe that has caused some buyers to find another VGC contract, and supply/demand is a little imbalanced?

I'm shocked, only two VGCs on the aggregator! So happy I picked up a small contract a few months ago, just before ROFR exploded.

Broker is optimistic since there's no 25 points... There are actually several listed at $63pp right now, so I'm hoping we're not too far off and it sneaks by. I fully expected a counter and was surprised the offer was accepted as is.

They’re always optimistic after the seller agrees.

They’re always pessimistic if you ask them their opinion before you make a bid.

Thank you! Its been an emotional roller coaster. It was sent for ROFR twice because the first time, it was discovered that there was an error with the stated number of banked points. (Turned out there were less, which resulted in a price decrease.)
