you can send an email to guest services, but if you had an issue at the party, it would've been best to go at that time or even the day after if you were tired and/or didn't want to miss valuable party time.

You should have immediately gone to guest services during or after party. Was this last week when the party experienced rain which is beyond Disney’s control? Was the party too crowded? Did you leave early and miss things because of young kids not able to stay up? I asked those because people on other sites had those issues and were complaining last week. Those are not Disney related problems. They can’t control the weather, they sell xxxx number of tickets and it’s on the parents how long they stay at the party.

Mind saying what your problems were? Hopefully the rest of your trip was magical. I don’t mean to come across as rude just trying to state facts.
