Good point, I thought I had this figured out perfectly....polls are so dificult.

I voted 90%, I will probably continue somewhere near that in the future. A BWV or BCV one bedroom is fine for two people. My daughter is nearly fifteen, it won't be long before my wife and I will be empty nesters.

I voted 100%. In 12+ years we have never used our points to stay anywhere else on Disney World Property. I did try Vero Beach for the first time this past summer, that was my first stay at any other DVC resort other than OKW since we bought in 1992.

I answered 90%. The precise percentage is 93.61% and this number will continue to increase as time passes. We've stayed at all of the other DVC WDW resorts but only to become familiar with them. The two nights we stayed at BWV was on cash. We look forward to trying SSR as well.

This list shows the total number of points we've used at each of the resorts. All of our poinst are OKW points. For that matter we're at OKW now...it was a bit cool today, 64 degrees, but warmer than the 20 degrees back home.

OKW will always be our meat & potatoes resort
but I really enjoy resort hopping (DVC and non-DVC resorts)

I voted 80% of the time at OKW because even thought we love OKW, we also like to explore other resorts once in awhile. Even before we became DVC Members we liked to try alot of different WDW resorts.
Our desire to stay in various DVC resorts from time to time would remain no matter which resort was our "home" resort ---just for clarification.

Since buying BWV points all my OKW points are used at OKW. Every other Thanksgiving I use 2 years worth of points of a big family trip. If the family keeps growing I may need to use my BWV points at OKW!

Great angle for a poll. We actually used some of our BWV points to stay at OKW last January 1-5. We bought where we want to stay.

Before we bought points at HHI, we used OKW for time there. Since we added on we usually use all at OKW, but tried BCV once and BWV once. DH wants to stay at OKW..just loves it and the car being right there.

I do not know what is supposed to be achieved by this poll but....
This poll will give a general idea of how OKW members that read and post on the DIS use their OKW points..............BUT how does this relate into the reality of how OKW owners as a whole use their points?????????
Although the DIS board has a nice size following of DVC members it is nothing when compared to the actual number of DVC members there really are!!!!!!!

This is very true. This is the same reason the polls on the question of the Pool Slide are really not an accurate snapshot of how the entire DVC membership and in particular the members at OKW feel about that subject as well.

How this (or any other poll here) relates to reality is up to each individual to determine for themselves. I know that DVC does follow these boards and have used comments here as a guide, but whether they pay creedence to these polls is known only to them.

The poll is relevant to how those who responded feel about the issue in question and is therefore a reflection of feelings here.

As for the assertion that this forum "is nothing when compared to the actual number of DVC members there really are!!!!!!! "- that logic could be used to question the value of any poll or discussion on this site.

I'm sure many can think of comments made on this board that fall into that category, I know I can.
