What parks can you do to with the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Ticket?

was wondering because my family what to have dinner around 9 at a restaurant in epcot but my mom won't have the regular admission ticket just the mvmc ticket

Hi! The MVMCP ticket only gets you admission into the Magic Kingdom, beginning 3 hours prior to the party start time. I would look into moving your reservation to eat at MK or else at one of the monorail resorts around the MK - there are a ton of good options there
