What Park Would You Most Likely Do Solo?

I would love to go the DHS solo. My family doesn't like the shows so I usually pass on them. They only want to do TOT and RnRC over and over and over again.

Epcot World Showcase! LOVE eating/drinking/shopping all by lonesome! Best part of my vacation, lol!

I would go to Epcot so I could see some of the shows that the kids never want to see!!!

I would have to pick DHS. I like to ride RnRc and ToT and the rest of the family doesn't.

MK is probably the one park I would NOT do solo because for me most of the stuff I like there is because my kids enjoy it...

I would say HS or Epcot.

HS - I would do single rider on RnR over and over and then probably do all of the shows.

Epcot - I would just walk around WS, see the country movies, shop, drink, and eat. Sounds fun now that I mention it... ;)

If I had park hoppers I woud probably do both...

My solo time would be for exploring the details. The MK is the first choice followed by DAK. There are so many nooks and crannies in each.

I had half a day solo in MK last year and loved it. Generally, I'd happily do any park solo. HS would be my least favourite though for solo as I find some of the layout confusing and have a habit of getting lost! :worried:

I agree with the Posters who said to do whichever is your favorite park. I do lots of solo trips, and I always make sure to include at least one full day in DAK, my favorite. And I always make it a point to talk with CMs there. They're always more than happy to tell you about their job-what they like, how they came to work there, what other parks they've worked in, etc.

Epcot World Showcase. I would love to shop in each village without my hubby or children begging me to move on.

For me MK because it's a photographer's dream and my family would not be there to roll their eyes and get all impatient every time I take out my camera!

EPCOT and Animal Kingdom are the two where I would think a solo traveler could "blend" most easily, but if you're like me and not really bothered by things like eating out or going to movies solo I'd say go with wherever you think there's the most you really, really like to do. I usually go for MK too when I only have one day because, as you said, it's got the most magic.

Almost every trip, gf gets sick for a day because of A/C in the room so I always end up visiting one park solo... I usually do either Epcot to ride everything she doesn't ride or AK so I can enjoy the animals.

Epcot would be fun to do alone. It depends on what everyone else likes...
Epcot World Showcase! LOVE eating/drinking/shopping all by lonesome! Best part of my vacation, lol!
Epcot is a park where I'd like to have a support team, just in case I spend too much time in Mexico...

AK. I love the park, but I always feel rushed by other people who aren't as into it. I've never really gotten to walk the trails or explore the whole thing outside of the major attractions because people just want to ride Everest, Dinosaur, the Safari and get out of there. This year I'm going with my boyfriend and friends, but my boyfriend hasn't been since he was a kid and before AK existed, so I'm hoping he'll have a more explorative spirit and stick with me in checking more out!

Either Epcot or MK...but at night! I often go with the family when everyone ends up pooped out by dinner time or after and as much as I want to stay I'm usually in the minority. I love to see the park lit up at night. It's so beautiful and usually NOT HOT. This year I am forcing it on our group at least one night, with a Wishes dessert party :)

And this year we are at the contemporary. I may sneak out one night to just go shopping on main street by myself :)

I would love to walk around Magic Kingdom on my own. There's just so much to see.
Or Epcot. I could get food and drinks around the World Showcase and not have to share.

Wow, how did I forget that I also did Epcot solo one evening (including EMH) after my friends on that trip left?! I guess I have done them all solo. Epcot was good solo, though dinner alone at a table service restaurant (in Italy, I believe) wasn't as fun without friends (counter service isn't as bad solo, since it is a quick meal, just eat and go).
