What park on a Nov Sunday?

On our WDW trip in a few weeks, I have planned to head to the dark side on Sunday, Dec 2 and Tues, Dec 4. We have never seen HP and that is our highest priority at IOA. Which day would you do IOA and which day USF? We won't have FOTL passes and would prefer not to buy the express passes. We likely won't do duelling dragons or the hulk. Suggestions greatly appreciated!

It has obviously been too long since my last visit (spring 2008). What is TBH and HRR. And what is Despicable Me about? Is it a ride or a show? Any good?q

HRRR= Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit

Despicable Me is great but short simulator. Check it out, but it's not worth waiting more than 50 minutes for.

Thanks for your replies! Our plan will be to do USF on Sunday, see Mannheim Steamroller and the parade and then on Tuesday to do IOA. I am purchasing our tickets on line tonight - 2 day parkhoppers. That way, if one gets busy, I we will just wander over to the other park. Plus, I am sure that I will want to do FJ both days!
