Hi guys just wondering. when i went a few years The HHH where just in IOA. From the looks of it this year are they just based in the original universal park or are they spread across both parks?

I cant remeber what year we went to the HHN before, but things look like they have changed alot. I remeber there being a house in each of the islands. is it not usually in IOA then?
We normally go during June or August so we miss the HHN's most years.

2004 was both parks, 2005 was mainly IOA and since then it's mainly been at the Studios. I hope once Harry Potter is done, they will expand HHN again.

I am really looking forward to it this year. After going for the first time I've never enjoyed myself so much. It looks alot scarier this year!!

HHN was first introduced in 1991 as Fright Nights. In 1992 the title was renamed to Halloween Horror Nights. In 2002, HHN went to IOA with the Caretaker and the Islands of Fear. In 2004 they toyed with the idea of the 2 park concept (my first year). Unfortunately the houses were spaced out too much, and in 2005 it returned to IOA. In 2006, HHN returned home to the Studios. 2007 included the NLC characters. Both 2006 and 2007 have had horrible scarezones (especially 2007 with 1 scarezone). They have not represented the studios in a good light HHN-wize. Hopefully this year will change that.

fright nights then hhn started at the studios.
it was great to have it return home again.

ioa at this point is too small to accommodate hhn.
the walking paths to the houses caused huge tie ups.

studios are more spread out and can hold larger crowds.

i have to agree my favorite year was when it was at both parks.

i don't know if we will ever see that again unless the parry hotter island opens it up to more space for both parks again in the future.
