What other forums do you find to be...?

I read DVC of course..and Restaurants, Theme Park Attractions, and Resorts if I am looking for a code for one night(like I am now) at the start of my vaca.
If I have time, I'll check out Disney for Families and Disney Tips, as well as Rumors and News...probably less then once a week for those.

I visit the DVC forum most often, but have been frequenting the DCL forum since I am planning a cruise for next year. I have also been reading the resort board since I am actually planning on staying at one of the deluxe monorail resorts next year just because I want to (Polynesian is the front runner right now). Other forums I read include the transportation board right before a trip, the restaurant boards to keep abreast of the food choices and everyones experiences eating on-site, the Budget forum to see what deals are out there, the Tips forum for ... well... tips. I have also been known to read visit the Theme Parks forum every once in a while.

I'm mainly on the Cruise Forum, cruising in three weeks. Then I check in on DVC Forum from time to time, and have also visited the Community Board. That's about it for me.

Okay, I guess I'm really a fanatic . Here's the order I usually check AND it's daily. yikes!
-DVC
-Theme Park Attractions (good tips)
-Restaurants (love reading about meals)
-budget ( can't resist a savings)
-transportation
-tips (this one only occasionally)
-resorts (when I think we might try for a weekend discount to save our points)
-then occasionally I'll hop over to the debate board to see if there's some interesting debates going on

What info could be necessary on a daily basis for Transportation?

As far as people seeming like they know e/o on the Community Board, I feel that here sometimes, but not in a way that I feel excluded. I will have to "lurk" over ther, if I can get off of the DVC.

Airline specials over the internet change daily, and once in a while you can grab a great airfare deal from somebody posting they got one. Of course this doesn't help someone driving down.
You also find out about rental car upgrades and deals,coupons,etc. Even if you have a reservation you can cancel your current reservation and make a new one with a lower rate.

For some real knock down drag out posts, this is the place to go. There are a lot of people that get incredibely bent out of shape over there. You'll be amazed how a simple post winds up as a free for all with some folks getting VERY bent out of shape. A lot of people over there think that only their opinion counts and no one else knows their butt from a hole in the ground. All in all, I go there for a lot of laughs. Just go there and read some of the stuff. Not a whole lot of smiley faces used over there!

But I lurk first at

DVC and CB then if I have time (which is a rarity these days) I check out the tips and the family board.

I do have a couple of trips coming up (Nov and Feb) so I will be lurking more in other areas..... food, transprtation..... etc....

Wow, thanks Nick and Cindy! Because of this tip, I went over to the transportation board and found out about a one-day USAirways sale! I'll have to cruise over there more often!

DH has a meeting at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes this fall. Since it is a short trip, and "not DVC", as well as high flight prices when I checked a while back, I declined when he asked me to join him. Well, I just booked three sale tix for the kids and I! Yay!

Thanks to the DIS, I'm going on vacation (again!)

I like the resorts board,

Theme park board,

and Budget board.

There are just so many money saving tips there. With all the money spent in Disney, it's a great saver.
