We have all had experiences where we said, "I should have taken......with me!"

What are some of the more obscure things you wouldn't leave home without?

My contribution:

Ambesol
Temporary Dental Filling

extension cord and alarm clock...

look through some of the older posts...there are good tips out there

Plenty of suntan lotion
Lots of Film
A small spray room freshener (Bath & Body has some nice ones)
Highlighters

Downy wrinkle releaser!!!!!!!!!!

Oh Yeah and of course the $$$$$$$$$

I started thinking of what else I carry that seems out of the ordinary or to some, maybe not!

extra shoelaces
blister pads
list of phone numbers and addresses
binoculars
bobby pins, safety pins
sunburn ointment
bonine
extra glasses (sun and prescription)
small mending kit with pins
list of all our prescriptions (along with the labeled bottles) along with our medical history (just in case)
photocopy of our passports, Driver's license, credit card(s) and any other ID we decide to carry

Next?

a suit case that is 50% larger than the times it left home with. If not, you will be carrying all of the goodies in your carry-on...

Shoe tree
Alarm clock
Extension cord
plenty of video film (we took 6 hours of video. The most ever!! and 250 digital pictures.)
Large plastic/trash bags to put the dirty clothes for the trip home.

We found the washing machines were always crowded.

Phone cards for the kid's club folks or hosts and servers.

I guess the Kid's Club counselors are not allowed to take tips, again I could be wrong. So it is nice for them.

In addition to the tip, we gave our servers and stateroom host one. We thought it was a nice touch because they mention that they call home when they get to port. They seem to be a big hit.

On our last cruise we each took an extra picture I.D. ....just incase 1 got lost or stolen. You need picture ID everywhere any more to get off, on, or in.

and of course lots of $$$$$$$$$

Some folks bring lanyards to hold the KTTWP.

We didn't but next time we will.

We didn't bring a high lighter and couldn't understand why we would need one. Now we know and will bring it next time. It would be great to use to high light the activities in the Navigator.
