I have all of the normal stuff that I have seen listed on here, and was wondering if anyone had any last minute CANT FORGET to bring idea's.

Just dont want to get to DW and say I cant believe I forgot that one

Wow have a magical trip,don't forget any meds you might require.I know I left my insulin at home last year if not for back up script I would have been in trouble.

An extra pair of sneakers is always nice incase you get stuck in the rain. Those don't dry out too quickly. Of course, it won't rain while you are there. Just sunny blue skies!

My other must remember is PJ's. Ever since I was a kid, I would always forget my PJs. Even now, my mom will call me before a trip and "remind" me. Even on my honeymoon, she had a package waiting at the hotel with an extra set, just in case.

Living in Florida all my life I can't not stress EXTRA BOTTLES OF SUN SCREEN! I hate seeing guest at Disney who are burnt to a crisp cause I know they will be in pain as they sleep and for the rest of their trip.

But also peppermints to soothe your stomach, tylonal (sp) for headaches and Ibprofin for your feet.

Don't forget to leave contact information for you with someone back home in case of emergency.

Extra contacts and solution. That one night you take them out it may rip or drop it!! I always have extras with me!! (this would only apply if you have contacts!!)

Underwear. I left all my underwear at home once when I went out of town on business. Had to buy all new underwear for the trip.

If you think you need it, bring a corkscrew. My brother bought a bottle of wine last trip and we didn't have one. However, we found this really cool thing that we thought was a corkscrew in the shop at AKL. Tried forever to get the cork out of the bottle with this thing. About half an hour into it, we discovered it was a bottle stopper, not a bottle opener. Duh...finally just shoved the cork through into the bottle.

These are great suggestions.....I will add....

Medicines......if anyone has allergies, don't forget Benedryl!
cold medicines....never fails if we forget to bring cough or decongestant...someone ends up with a cold
Stomache meds....last trip we all ended up with a touch of the flu.
Extra refills of any prescriptions you have.
The phone number of the pharmacy that carries your prescriptions. If you need to refill a script...this will make it go a lot faster.

Extra pair of prescription glasses, if you don't have an extra pair...bring a copy of the script.

Everything you are carrying in your wallet....credit cards, driver's license, etc......make copies and keep the copies in your suitcase....and leave a copy at home where a friend or other family member can find it if need be.

All of this will just keep your mind at ease!

LOL, I was going to say underwear. I have had to buy some on two different trips lol. Why I always forget those I don't know......But remember them.

I would like to add that if you are going to use the refillable mugs, Dawn (and other products) have the Wash & Toss dish pads. On our last trip, I was able to cut the pads into quarters, store them in a zip lock bag, and have them to wash out the mugs! It worked great.

If you like imported beer, don't forget to bring a bottle opener! They sell several brands at the Disney stores (and elsewhere) that are not "twist-off". Thanks to my "MacGyver" son a few years ago, I did not have to purchase one, but you may not be so lucky.

your sense of humor--you know-- when trudging through the crowds, when you discover you accidently forgot to make a PS on a certain night, and generally when things don't go the way you planned. I think my DH left his at home or it got rerouted or something when we checked our baggage. I tried to find him a new one, but the gift shop at our resort was all out!!

Lots of great suggestions! I'll have to remember them too. Here's my contribution:

- Mickey Poncho for rainy days
- Tall Kitchen Garbage Bag (for dirty laundry)
- Ziploc Freezer Bags (the bigger ones) (these are handy for lots of things- we use them for shampoo/conditioners, lotions, perfumes..anything that can leak AND poopy diapers. You can fit like 2 in there and they won't stink up the room!)
- And I saw this on the DCL forum: Over the door Shoe organizer ($5 at Wal Mart) the bottom can be for shoes and the top for toiletries, toothbrushes, cologne, hairspray, etc.

I've encountered this problems a time or two myself! Also I like to forget my deordorant and toothbrush. My DH has wears contacts and once forgot his glasses...yikes.
