What new attractions are coming to Universal?

Debating whether to get an annual pass or not, and any new attractions will be a big player in this decision.
This year we'll visit in October, so are there any new attractions in the pipeline to open between October 2017 and October 2018?

2017 brings Volcano Bay, Jimmy Fallon, and likely a Harry Potter projection show
2018 brings Fast and Furious, a new hotel, and rumors (there are some big ones, but nothing definitely dated for the schedule)...

Possible Ministry of Magic attraction, possible Nintendo attraction - nothing set yet...
