BOMA? (dinner)

The buffet sounds amazing here and I want to try all the best bits.

What do yo recommend?

Thanks. :goodvibes

You have to try the soups. They are amazing. Even if you are not a soup person, try the flavor that most appeals to you, and you won't regret it!

Ooh I want to know too, the menu looks amazing!

I really enjoyed the pine nut crusted salmon. You might try that, if you like fish and if you're there on a night when they have that. I also really liked the potatoes with afritude. They are slightly spicy and SO good. The soups are all great, too, as someone else mentioned. We absolutely loved Boma and are going back this next trip. :goodvibes

Seriously, take little bits of everything. :thumbsup2 Do not save yourself for dessert, though--they aren't all that.

You need to try a little of everything if posible. We eat at Boma every trip. On our last trip, we took my 17 yr old niece. She is a very small girl and normally a very picky eater. We were completely shocked by her. She loved everything she tried and actually ate 5 plates of food.

I don't like soup, but I probably would have drunk the Butternut Squah soup out of the vat if they would have let me. The carved meats are great, fufu (basically potatoes and sweet potatoes mashed together) is fabulous, and the Zebra Domes are great for desert.

I can't wait to go back to my favorite restaurant in just 30 days! :cool1:
