We are considering a WDW trip in Early 09. We just did a Christmas trip to DL and would like to make another trip in about a year or so once our daughter will soon be 5.

I would say January....
In February you are dealing with President's Day weekend and I believe Mardi Gras... In March you have Spring Breaks and possibly Easter.
Hope that helps!

I'd go any time between the start of January (say after the first weekend) through mid-February (before President's Day). That's about the slowest time of year.

My favorite time to go is in early January. We try to go down for the marathon each year and the crowds are very easy to manage. I would try to avoid Martin Luther King Jr. weekend though.

You never know! We have been to Disney two times in January and heading there again this January 25-Feb 2. The first time we had 1 day in 80's and the rest of the days in high 50's. Two years ago we were there about the same time and had all the days in mid to low 80's. As long as I do not have to wear a winter coat we are fine. The low crowds make it a great time of year to go. Good luck!
