As a slightly lower-priced day, it will sell out, probably by early evening the day the tickets go on sale, so it's wise to be on top of it. Typically dates in late October sell out more quickly, followed by late September (at least, that's what I recall). I thought the new queue system that was rolled out last year worked much better than the debacle we had in prior years.Honest answers please but how hard will it be to get tickets for September 21 and 25th for a non Magic Key holder? My family and I are coming from the east coast mainly for Oogie Boogie. None of us have ever been before and I plan to be right at my computer when tickets drop on the 26th but I'd like realistic expectations for how fast they'll sell out.
Probably average. Nights didn't sell out especially fast last year - I think everyone that was here at drop got what they wanted. (They dropped the queue after two hours, and everything was still available - though stuff started selling out shortly thereafter.) If you're in the queue (in multiple windows) when tickets drop, you should be fine - and, if you somehow miss out on a decent queue slot when it starts, there will probably be people here with queues to spare. (Of those two dates, the 25th would probably sell out first.)Honest answers please but how hard will it be to get tickets for September 21 and 25th for a non Magic Key holder? Thanks for the insight. The rest of my family will be in Disneyland Paris by the 26th so I'm buying tickets for everyone and don't want to miss it. I heard horror stories of prior years where tickets sold out extremely fast so I wanted to be on top of it. Will definitely try to buy the 25th first before the 21st.Probably average. Historically, the fastest-selling dates are the Thursday and Sunday around Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples Day (Oct. 9 and 12), then end of September. Halloween usually doesn't sell that quickly, but might this year because it's a Friday night.
If you have multiple people trying on multiple devices, make sure each person is logged in using their own account. Don't use the same account. So, you can be in the queue with multiple devices? Any other tips on how to not miss out on getting tickets? We are aiming for 9/16.
Thanks! So one device only per account. That’s the same it was for Moonlight Magic. I guess you then also need to buy a ticket for yourself and can’t have a third person buy tickets for you?If you have multiple people trying on multiple devices, make sure each person is logged in using their own account. It's kind of the other way around. You (personally) can use as many devices you want with your account - just don't have someone else trying to buy them with your account while you're trying to buy them. You (likely) won't have to log in until after you're through the queue, but the cart can get messed up if two people are trying to purchase with the same account at the same time. Thanks! Thanks for all the info! I am a bit nervous despite being well versed in WDW VQ and other crazy Disney be quick situations. But I also know that preparing for what to expect is the key here. It's kind of the other way around. Anyone can buy for anyone at DLR. (DLR doesn't keep track of who has what ticket until after you enter the park with it.) It'll just matter that you have the ticket barcode scanned into your app before you try to enter the park with it.
Can someone please list step by step what we have to do? I am coming to Disnayland for the first time and I want to hopefully get tickets for OBB. I've never had to do the "waiting room" thing before and I don't want to miss it. Is there something about a randomized queue?
