Some people tell me I'm sweet. Those people don't know me very well. I'm thoughtful, kind and care deeply for people, but warm-and-fuzzy, I am NOT.

Interesting....I have heard feedback that I am unfriendly, stuck up, and distant. But the fact is, I am an introvert with social anxiety so yeah.

When I was in school, particularly 7th grade and the year we moved to town, it was that I was stuck up. They mistook me being shy in new situations as me thinking I was too good for them because I came from a large city vs the small rural town.

I'm a witch...
In reality it takes awhile for me to open up after being burned too many times. I am also constantly busy with homeschooling and raising 3 kids while traveling fulltime...so when I am alone, I love my peace and quiet and often use this time to catch up on reading, writing and menu planning.

Someone here on the DIS alluding to the fact that my screen name has something to do with how I am as a person

A little history on my screen name, when I was battling breast cancer I had just started my radiation. I had to go every day for 8 weeks. A few days in there was a little girl sitting at the table in the waiting room coloring. I went over and started talking to her and we sat there and made paper snowflakes. She was telling me about her mother, who also had breast cancer. I told her that cancer is like snowflakes, no two are the same, and we all go through it differently. The workers there loved it and it started a wonderful and beautiful thing. The hospital started to have everyone going through radiation make a snowflake and they hung them from the ceiling. A few weeks later when I was there for treatment the same little girl was about to leave with her Mom and she said "Mom, there is Mrs. Snowflakey" THAT IS WHAT my screen name means.....

I'm an introvert with resting witch face (keeping it DIS friendly) and I've heard that people have been afraid to approach me.

I’ve never heard feedback about myself but I’m sure people think I am the same because I too am an introvert with social anxiety. My husband worked for a school for over 40 years and we were always getting invites to parties, weddings, graduations, etc. I seldom went with him. Alot of people didn’t even realize he was married.
