Yep! Totally Pathetic! If you try the App you get "Please Try Again...." and then the reservation you tried for is gone...
 
Not sure what all that code is.. but same issue. App breaks down as soon as you click a time and the website doesn't show the 60+ 10 available even after signing in and out.
 
Detach your default credit card, use another one for a single reservation and then reattach your default card. A cm suggested that to me. I was sceptical, but it worked.
 
Nothing seems to be working that I have tried for dining. The dates are greyed out for online booking and the app just crashes. I was able to make a Savi's Workshop for day 8, maybe they are on different networks. I'm not sure. Not much you can do, but I wish I hadn't gotten up at 530. lol
 

Disney IT sucks! Living on the left coast is one reason why we've used a TA, so we're not waking up before the dead to make reservations. I wish I had some magical words but the past several months problems like this seem to happen way way to often.
 
It took a lot of trial and error (not easy when you're half asleep), but I was able to make it work. I used a laptop and incognito on my browser- read about that here. I went through My Disney Experience, My Plans, Dining, and Make Reservations. That was the only way I could get my 60+10 to show up.

It took me a ridiculously long time to get to that point. Then it wouldn't use my stored credit card. I added a different card, and the system liked that one. Frustrating, but I got my reservations.
 
After 2 hrs work, I finally got all our reservations for the first half of the trip made and our park reservations made as well. I’m not sure if anything outside of sheer perseverance works. I tried everything and then it just it started wow rolling after about an hour. That was on the PC, the App never worked.

How did you finally get it? Did you just refresh the page, or did you log in and out? I have tried everything listed above, plus some since 6 am.
 
OMG 😱 OP! That’s awful! Your post made me laugh so hard though. The situation isn’t funny but your post was. Hope it all worked out for you in the end.
 
I actually did not do anything but try about every 5 mins. Eventually, after about an hour it just started working.
 
I moved to Colorado a little over two years ago. I'm one hour ahead of you West Coasters, but man, I feel your pain.

I once had to book ressies while on vacation in Yellowstone National Park wtih very poor cell service. I stood on a picnic table at 5am to call Disney Dining. Fortunately this was pre-website/online and pre-COVID and they picked up rather quickly. Still, amazing I wasn't eaten by a bear or mountain lion. The things we do for Disney, huh?

I was having a lot of trouble accessing dining pages and found I would often need to clear cookies every few times I looked at the site. Eventually I found on Google Chrome in advanced settings that I could set it so that every time I closed out of MDE that it clears the cookies for just that site. Ever since then I haven't had any trouble on the dining pages...just hope that holds true when I go to make my ADRs in February but so far so good.
 
I booked my first set of ADRs this past Saturday. First, I am so not a fan of having to be up by 3am to make those bookings on the west coast, especially since I'm one of those people who can't go back to sleep after I'm up & doing things. But anyway...I had zero issues making any of my reservations. I did have to settle for 2 at times that weren't ideal, but otherwise I got exactly what I wanted. That includes Space 220 & Sci-Fi. Fingers crossed I have the same experience this coming Saturday too with my second booking window.

I did the following:
1.) Removed current card on file
2.) Cleared the cache
3.) Rebooted my laptop
4.) Used Incognito mode in Google Chrome
5.) When to MDE-->My Plans-->Scrolled down to see the different blue circles -->Hovered over dining-->Clicked on "Make a Reservation"

A bit of a pain, but after reading everyone's accounts of issues on various posts I just did every tip I could find.
