What makes your home unique?

My back patio overlooks a lake, and I have an attached 75' RV garage.
Actually, there's a bunch of houses on the two lakes and since it's a community designed for RVs it's not all that unusual. Well, here at least.

It’s 1900 sq feet but feels like 2300 sq ft because of the floor plan. Has a big mega 12’ long sliding glass door which makes it feel like you’re living outside. Plus we’ve got no neighbors behind us so that’s pretty great.

Like above, we overlook water-a creek, or as it's called around here, a resaca. Mostly because of that we've seen over 100 different species of birds, many of which aren't seen in much of anywhere else in the U.S.-kiskadees, chachalacas, green jays, buff-bellied hummingbirds, etc.

I live in an old town with a ton of 100+ year old houses, including mine, we added a first floor bathroom, many have. We have a hidden staircase behind the refrigerator for the help, we have stairs going to the third floor where the help bedroom is. We made out bathroom out of the butlers pantry. Our house is 1600 square feet, I can’t imagine why there was help. We have an old magazine advertising our house, plus others, in this “development“ in 1910.

The advertisement is really cool! I'd have to frame that and hang it somewhere.
We're midway through a kitchen reno, and we found antique marbles, dominos, an army man and a tiny doll (like 2 inches) in the kitchen wall. I need to find a place for them because I can't just throw them out.
