What makes Belle look like Belle?

I've been working on embellishments for the disney freebie pins this year since we've been aw to celebrate a few events. Now my in-laws are planning a trip to celebrate their 40th anniversary & I wanted to send them a surprise gift.

I figured an iconic disney couple would be perfect. But I've already done bride Minnie and groom Mickey for my husband and myself. So I thought: Beauty & the Beast. They should get a kick out of that!

I'm really happy with how Beast is turning out in the practice run, but Belle is missing something... But what? Links below - maybe one of you guys will see what I am missing?

Oops I forgot to mention, the green background one is what I have so far. The others are drawings of what I might try. I'm not happy within my ability to make her hair... And she hasn't got a crown per se.
