Both the brunch and dinner are more relaxed affairs than other meals aboard. My one criticism of onboard dining is that is all very rushed. We took almost 2 hours over brunch and, even then, we only sampled a small proportion of what was on offer.

I felt all our dining took to LONG in the regular dining rooms....we are not used to sitting at a table for an hour and a half eating a meal, it seemed like they didn't rush us at all, more like dragged it out! My daughter fell asleep a few times waiting for the dinner to be over, our server pulled 2 chairs together and made a "bed" for her and covered her with a tablecloth "blanket" to keep her warm....and that was at early seating LOL...normally she woke up soon after we were done and got her second wind for hte evening activities though.
