What made you feel old today?

I saw that 'the rocky horror picture show' turned 50 this year b/c I remember going to the midnight showings in high school (we lived near one of the first 30 u.s. theatres to do weekly midnight showings within a year or so of it's release).

So was your bedroom window on the ground floor and how far did you have to push the car before you started it out of earshot of parents?

I get it but I like seeing my doctors at least 20 years younger than me b/c if they are too young the odds are they will leave the practice to specialize (lost a couple that way) or too close to me in age they will retire (lost a couple that way too). the sweet spot is in their mid 40's b/c they are likely established in the community with no desire to uproot until retirement.


p.s. I always feel old this time of year b/c my phone is ringing off the hook with calls from different Medicare solicitors

I was going over suspect info for a vehicle trespass and did a double take that a male born in 2012 was 13 years old!! How is that possible?! I definitely felt old.

Being the oldest person working in our elementary school. I'm the age of the teachers' moms and a lot of the kids ask my age and then say "You're older than my grandma!"

Thank goodness for the two Yuma casinos recognizing they have old people gambling....late 80s tunes surface every once in awhile

I know. One of the people that work for me was telling me they threw a big birthday part for his mom. She ended up being 2 years younger than me.

Back pain!!!!! I just can't even fathom how I was playing soccer and volleyball 20 years ago and now my back or hip are always hurting. I want my old body back!

Well that's good... because when you turn 70... you will still be 50....at least I am.... except for the music... I could not tell you a swift song and still think that Duran Duran wild boys is my theme song

I enjoy Duran Duran. My favorite is Ordinary World. A friend of mine went to a conference and he told me that Duran Duran performed and I was like OMG, you are lucky you got to see them. He didn’t know what the hubbub was about as he was born in 89.

Fall of 1984 leaving army duty in New York and headed to Oregon by car...I was constantly turning the radio dial in search of the dashboard beating song... I have no idea why I didn't by the cassette...2017 my 1995 Ford truck cassette was still working so on my 61 birthday sister and I drove around the neighborhood, July windows down and turned the volume up...as I did every time I pulled into the flea market parking lot.... it's because of that sister that I am 69 years young
