What made u choose that title?

When I started VMK I used the title of Kasiks but then I changed a few months after I started because I saw that VMK didnt like the fact people use the same title out of VMK, Kasiks came from my imagination because I wanted a title starting with Ka but after I saw that some places in the world have the same title I was like . My current character title was quickly chosen because I like the Māori culture and I was born in December; Hakihea is a Māori word that means December.

Back in the Beta day - I was trying to create a character and VMK had rejected about a dozen tries. I got up to start dinner, pulled a bunch of coriander out of the veggie drawer in the refrigerator, and thought - "Hmm, wonder what VMK would do with this?"

They accepted it!

I am posting Out's story of his title - since he is playing POTC online - arg!

He was trying to create a Beta character and having no luck getting a title accepted. Then thought to himself (we seem to do a lot of thinking to ourselves) "I must be out of my mind to go to this much trouble getting into a kids game!" Light bulb went off and OutOfMyMind was born

OctoPie is my name.

I chose my name because when I was a baby my dad and my mom would call me Joshapuss, becuase I would love to go to Sea Wolrd and sea all the Octopi. Octo-coming from Octopi, and since my grammy makes the BEST pies and I love them I named myself OctoPie.

Why wont VMK let you use your first name as your VMK title?

Its not like a person is going to find you in the world, with your first name.. :O

Name: SoupDragon

Because: Soup Dragon was a character in the British kids TV program The Clangers. Now, The Clangers was a piece of pure televisionary genius, starring little pink mice that lived on the moon and spoke in whistles (a little piece of useless trivia for those who know the show: they actually had full scripts that they performed with their slide whistles). This is one of the many British TV programs that I grew up with, along with The Herbs, The Flumps and, of course, Bagpuss.

Soup Dragon, for those of you who didn't grow up with this program, mined the soup mines, so the Clangers would have something to eat. She lived with her baby called, unsurprisingly, Baby Soup Dragon. As well as the dragons and the Clanger family, there were also appearances from the Iron Chicken (who fell from outer space, naturally), the Frogletts, the music trees and a whole host of other, worryingly surreal, characters and plot devices.

I wanted to choose a really good title, but I kept on getting rejected by VMK. Then I remembered the Simpsons episode "Homer to the Max," where Homer Simpson changes his name to Max Power, and that is how I got my name.

Seagully – I got this name while telling a ‘pirate’ I’d do whatever he wants if he’d let me ‘join his crew’ he thought about it for a minute than asked me to sing, and so I did. I belted a pirates life for me with everything inside me. After that was an awkward silence and he said ‘that was bloody terrible, you sound like a seagull’ I replied with ‘Pirate. Can I join your crew now?’ I don’t remember the exact conversation right after that, had something to do with washing the decks and I continued with asking for a better rank and my mum said I was driving this pirate insane that he was only suppose to visit for a few moments, ended up lasting quite some time and before he left I asked him what my pirate name can be he responded with stubborn seagully- seagully for short. And for the past 6 years I’ve been known as seagully because I sing a pirates life for me, like a seagull.
