What loop would be the best for the handicapped?

Our youngest daughter is in a wheelchair. We have a full bathroom in our trailer so we don't plan on using the bath house. What loop would be the best for us as far as the buses are concerned? We made our reservations today, but can we add a request like this to it? Thanks!

if you have a preferred sites reserved you may want loop 100, thsi is close to the settlement trading post and the marina (Boat to Magic Kingdom), another good loop would be 1400 its close to the campfire program, bike barn, pool and a short walk to meadows trading post, and also has a nearby bus stop. most loops are fairly close to a bus stop, so the decideong factor may be what you want to be close to.
