What "little" thing are you looking forward to?

a couple things...

that first skip down Main Street in MK... What a great feeling!

the music played by Mission Space in Epcot - I don't go on rides so I just listen to that music until everyone else is done - what a great sound!

so pathetic - but planning out our days! Like I said, I don't go on the crazy rides, so while others are on those rides, I sit with the maps to plan our day and then I get to fantasize all about what is to come that day! (so sad that planning is what makes me happy! I guess you can take the teacher out of the school but not the school out of the teacher!) :yay:

Me: I like pulling out my lanyard and pins for the trip. I look them over and they bring back great memories of past vacations! DD collects pins, too, and we plan what pin "theme" we will do this time!

DH: He's crazy about the roasted sugared almonds at EPCOT!

The smell of gardenias at BCV and over at the pavillion area that's across the BW. I also love seeing Southern Magnolias in bloom. 2 weeks from today and we'll be there, at BCV!!

Bobbi :goodvibes

Seeing the look on my kids sleepy little faces when SURPRISE we pull into the ASSp parking lot!!!

Our trip in Dec. was our first one in five years and we were on DDP so I really wanted the whole family in on the planning. This trip (3 weeks away..yay!) is a total surprise squeezed in after school gets out. We haven't said a word yet but we plan to fib a little and tell them daddy has another seminar/class for work and that we get to go along and we're going to get stuck in the boring hotel ALL day...but mabey there will be a pool (*mabey*)...and you'll miss the LAST *half* day of school and any last minute goofing off...sooooo sorrry!

I'm extra psyched because we WERE going to leave around midnight on Thrus night/Fri morning and drive all night and arrive at our hotel (ASMu) around 7 am only to check in and head off to AK. Ok for the kids but not much sleep for mom and pop. And also...all those huge billboards along I-4 and the FL turnpike might tip off even a groggy 6 and 9 year old. BUT, I managed to get a night at ASSp on priceline ($33!) so we're leaving when we get off work on Thrus. and we'll get to the hotel around 1 a.m. It will be DARK and the kids SHOULD sleep until the car stops. They'll never KNOW until we pull in. Oh.....I'd better bring the video camera b/c this moment will be priceless. :p

Ok...so its not a *little* thing but its all I can think about!

The funny thing is...the kids know we're going on a trip in Sept. so they're not even suspicious that I'm doing all this planning! :rotfl2:

The smell of the monorail - there is nothing like it! :teeth:

I just love the butterflies I get in my stomach when I first step foot on Disney property. I just get soooo excited about all the fun I'm going to have and all the great memories I'm about to create with my loved ones. That is the greatest feeling I can think of.

:sunny: We've been addicted to Disney for years, but leaving our Katrina ravaged area to visit a place with all the beauty and landscaping of Disney is an extra special treat right now.

At the resort-Getting a Sultry Seahorse from Gurgling Suitcase at OKW and sitting outside (preferably in a rocking chair). In the parks-hearing "Paging Mr. Morrow, Mr. Tom Morrow...."

Driving under the WDW Sign and entering WDW Property for the first time, feels like I am back home after a long time away. Seeing the Earfiel Tower and the ToT Sign just does it for me...the trip has started.... :sunny:

I LOVE riding SM at night, and seeing the castle all light up right before you go down that drop!

I love MK at night more then the other parks. It's so pretty. :cloud9:

Hearing the door warnings on the monorail...

Por Favor....

I don't know the rest! :rotfl2:

Haven't finished the rest of the thread yet, so this may have already been said, but:

Por favor, montenganze alejaro de las puertas.

Spelling is most likely atrocious as I can't speak Spanish...just go to Disney alot...and am sort of a geek.
