There is so much big stuff that we all want to do the next time we are at the World. Ride EE, eat at our favorite restaurants, etc. But there are personal little things that we all look forward to. Mine is smelling the evening jasmine at Epcot. We came across it last time we were there and the scent haunts me.

What about you??

This sounds corny-- but the sunshine on my face, the smell of disney and just stollllling along with DH....... in no rush at all!..(this all sounds good b/c we do not have kids!)

ahhhhh, cant wait!

I look forward to all the little things. I know when I have arrived when I walk into my resort, AKL, and see the greeter giving stickers out to kids. To me it's always been about the cast members and their williness to make you feel welcome and happy.

Hearing the door warnings on the monorail...

Por Favor....

I don't know the rest! :rotfl2:

awwww yes! that IS the BEST!

i wanna add that to my list above! :yay:

We usually stay at the YC/BC so my favorite little thing- watching my kids when we first get to Stormalong Bay- they go to the pool that has sand and I get to help them make a sand castle.

I have a couple of little things:

1) The recorded cricket sounds at AB in POR (only at Disney would they record insects for added "authenticity" . . .!)

2) Watching the movie at the end of the Maelstrom -- it inspired DH and I to take a trip to Scandinavia because it gave us "the spirit of Nor-vay"

3) Discovering a new "little" thing -- there's so much to see and do that I love finding something that I haven't noticed before.

One of the things I look most forward to is buying my animal stuffed animal at AK. Everytime I go I get a new animal. So far I have a pink flamingo and a hippo. I would like to get a lion on this upcoming trip. I hope they have them.

I love the magical way you feel as soon as you get on Disney property. All the cast members are very nice and everything is beautiful.

Laying on the ground next to my Walk Around the World brick and getting "our" picture taken. :thumbsup2

Walking through the Marketplace in Downtown Disney and savouring the magical atmosphere - I can't wait!!!!!! We went there first last year and felt the magic straight away so this year, we'll repeat that and go there on our first morning! :goodvibes

My DD talks about the smells. I don't get it. But I love to stroll through Epcot. Looking forward to Soarin.....

Sitting in Mexico, Fiesta in hand and watching Illuminations (our favorite nightime show).

53 more days!!!!

Keep them coming.

LOL Heatherfeather. When we ride Maelstrom I regale my family with "Yew are not da furst to pass dis vay". They roll their eyes and act like they don't know me. Then I do it a few more times until the guy on the ride says it. :teeth:

There are so many little things! I love them all! Here are a few....

-Hearing the CM say "Welcome Home" at check-in or when we first pull up to the resort...

-Seeing the castle for the first time...and smelling all the smells on Main St....

-The "smell" of Spaceship Earth...

-The music of Spectromagic...

-Eating my first Dole Whip of the trip...

-The fact that everything is so clean, and everyone so happy....

-The fact that there is music playing EVERYWHERE...I love it!

It is just such a magical place!! I just have to chuckle when people say "I don't do theme parks. Why do you like going there every year?". Do they have about 12 hours for me to explain?! :rotfl2: Heaven to me would be my entire family and I just living every day at Disney! :thumbsup2

Walking down Main St. with my DH and DD. It gives me such a great feeling. :thumbsup2

This is the first year that my children are old enough to stay in the room alone. I look forward to strolling to the food court with my husband. We plan on getting breakfast while the kiddos are still sleeping and bringing their breakfast back to the room.

I've been craving a Dole Whip ever since our trip to Disney Land Last year and can't wait to have another....mmmmmmmmmm :woohoo:

Dressing my girls in their PJ's and taking a late night trip on the monorail before I put them to bed. This is a very special tradition we have :cloud9:

For me, it is the feeling that I get when I walk in the gates of Epcot (we always go there on our first day to the parks). I feel at peace, there are no kids in class to teach, no dogs to take outside at 2 am, no in-laws to call all day long.... :lmao:

I just feel at ease! You can't get that feeling of peach anywhere else.... and the great breakfast in Epcot doesn't hurt either!!! ;)

Looking forward to so many things. I love to check in to the resort and seeing and hearing the friendly CM's.

The smells down Main Street by the bakery.

The smiles of the kids seeing the characters, running up to them and still believing they are real (DS's ages 9 & 7).

Spectromagic and Wishes

not agruing with family on what we are having for dinner....
