What kind of upgrade??

I'm not going to RPR expecting a Loews upgrade but this trip I'll ask.We have a king suite-if there was an upgrade available what would it be?

Well, They may be able to upgrade you to one of the king suites on the club floor. There are only two so the chances of that are slim. I'm not 100% sure they would even do that. The suite category above the king suite is the hospitality suite. Those are much bigger and very nice. It can't hurt to ask about your options at check-in. You could also see about a club access key if they can't put you on the club floor. If none of those work you should ask for a king suite with a pool view. 3400,3500,3600,1500,1600, or 1700 all have nice pool views and are high enough to avoid any palm tree obstructions. There is no extra charge for a pool view suite so don't let them make you think you have gotten an upgrade in that case. FYI Managers are the best people to speak to about upgrades if the desk person isn't helpful.
