what kind of surprises have you ordered

When one orders such goodies for the room, are they in your room upon arrival, or are they at the front desk? Do these florists and goodie-makers coordinate with hotel staff regarding your room and such before you have even checked in? Would be great to know, thanks!

I believe Disney Florist delivers to Guest Services. I know that I do. Guest Services makes the decision as to whether the items is delivered to the room or held for the guest to pick up.

Has anyone ordered the Mickey Surprise Cake from Disney Florist?

I surprised my wife for our 25th Anniversary last September. I called the Disney florist and they were phenomenal. They delivered a special themed basket with wine, glasses, crackers, snacks and a porcelin mickey and minney bride. I also had a surprise anniversary dinner at the CG planned and they had flowers and pooh vases that I purchased over the phone at downtown disney. The florist even went to the store to pick up the vases and made up the flower arrangement! They are the best.
