What kind of resort do you stay at?

Just curious which kinds of resorts get the most traffic

one of my favorites (much to my surprise) is Pop century, a value resort.

I have stayed at moderates at values like Asmo and POR the best!!

Values suit us just fine as we spend very little time in our hotel and are not huge pool fans.

I've stayed at all, but voted for deluxe since we are DVC members and tend to stay at deluxes more often.

Favorite value is POP.
Only mod we have tried is CSR & we keep goin' back!
Favorite deluxe is BW so far, with WL a close second.

Since I'm a member, I usually stay at dvc resorts. It's the best investment for vacations I've ever made.

I stay at the deluxes because we don't take many vacations and WDW is like our "big trip" every three years.

We've stayed at POFQ, POR, Poly, and WL as a family..and I've stayed at ASMo on spring break w/friends and out of all of them my fav is prolly WL. We LOVE the lobby and the pools are very nice. The rooms are a bit smaller than Poly but we enjoy the bunkbed feature since its mom dad and brother. Although next time we go we will prolly get 2 rooms at pofq so we have more space unless there is a good rate on another deluxe w/2 queens and a daybed.

From what I've read on these boards, and from my own experience staying at the YC, deluxe is sooo not worth the money!

The best we can afford! Why? Because DH and I work our buns off and want to be pampered for awhile. And I don't mind working extra shifts to pay for it.

We have stayed once at a mod but now only stay at deluxes are planning on buy into dvc at either the AKV or BWV or OKW on our next wdw trip

We stay deluxe, because we like smaller resorts. So WL is ideal, but someday we hope to try BC & BW, and possibly the Contemporary and AKL.

Most of our stays have been at Moderates, which are perfect for our needs, but I am trying Beach club though this vacation if an AP rate comes out. I want to try all of the Disney resorts.

We stay at the value resorts because of the money but we really do enjoy them. We have stayed at CBR in the past, but we didn't like it near as much as ASMo. It just wasn't worth the extra money to us. We would like to try other resorts, though. We choose more days instead of nicer resorts.

Have stayed at Values, Moderates & Deluxes. I would say my favorites are Port Orleans French Quarter when watching $$ and the Wilderness Lodge when I get a great deal for a little more $$.

We stay at Shades of Green because we're eligible, and you can't beat the price and the location. It works well for our daughter who has autism. The rooms are very large, the location is usually quiet, it's just a short walk to the monorail which is great since she's interested in the Magic Kingdom more than any of the other parks. However, if we could afford to we'd stay in a deluxe. I would love to stay at the Poly or GF.

Stayed at most of them. We're deluxe folks, just seem to fit our personality. Now we are dvc'ers and probably could never stay in a hotel room again. The extra space is addictive.

Our favorite is a tie between the Beach club and the Wilderness lodge. Can't wait for the villas at AK to open up. That's next on my list.

DW & I are deluxe snobs. They're just sooooooo nice...

That being said, we would not hesitate to stay at a moderate again, especially if $$$ were an issue. Coronado Springs is our fave in this category. What a beautiful resort!

Although we'd prefer NOT to stay in a value resort, we'd do so in a heartbeat if it was the only we could go to WDW.

We're not interested in staying off-site.

I have stayed at all the values and two of the moderates and like them all but now i am going to stay in WL in 2 weeks and i have heards so much about this resorts that i can not wait to see and stay at it..
