we went to a hotel and the mattress was AWSOME (newly redone rooms/new bedding). I inquired at the front desk and via the housekeeping manager found out the local manufacturer and specific mattress our room had. we were able to factory direct order. non pillow top (so I can flip and turn to extend the life).

We have a Sterns and Foster that we have had for about 12 years now. I love our mattress - it is starting to show its age but still working for good sleep so no complaints. It is a regular mattress/box springs combo with pillow top - so I can't flip it but we do rotate it.

sorry, do not recall. if you find a hotel that has one you like your best resource is the housekeeping manager b/c they will know what vendor they use/what style was used for the specific room you stayed in.

My wife and I recently got a Sleep number i8 I believe it is and it has been great. Incredibly expensive, but something worth splurging for.

Tempurpedic. It's our second one. I liked the first one better but that might just be because I was thinner then. Now I'm fat and sink in more than I'd like. Ha!

Stearns and Foster - it’s nine years old and we should think about replacing it, but it’s a wonderful mattress so we’ll keep it for a while longer yet
