Those are GORGEOUS!!! You have a real talent!Yes, I do. Here are some I made for my daughter and niece before I added the soles. The Christmasy ones are way too big for the model so disregard that!

I make baby blankets (usually with a college team, or something like that) backed with super soft minky fabric and edged with satin binding. Couple that with a gift (like if the family are Purdue alum, I do a Purdue Blanket and a Purdue Pete book). I also knit and/or crochet an assortment of baby hats. If it's a baby girl, then I make a onesie dress with material that matches the blanket and applique the chest.
I've made a sensory blanket for a step-neice. She LOVES it... it has little bobbles on it that feel like nubs that she constantly plays with.
I've made a tag-lovey.
DD makes a lot of friendship bracelets, and now rubber band loom bracelets. She loves making bottle cap necklaces that are personalized for her friends (it helps that DH and I both went to school for graphic design)
I also make Jayne hats and have given them as gifts (Firefly series, anyone?), I have made owl hats and given them away.
For food-related gifts - we've given muffin mix in a jar coupled with silicone cupcake liners, we've given homemade peppermint marshmallows coupled with hot cocoa packets (that was our neighbor gift for Christmas last year).
and of course, DH and I both make beer, and we tend to bring it for casual get-togethers for the hosts. We bring the good stuff (Barley wine) for special gifts. But those generally get shared, not treasured, you know?
I'm sure there are more, I just can't think of right now.
ETA: One of my favorite gifts that I've given, EVER, was a home-made gift, I guess. When MIL was going to retire (she taught high-school math for over 30 years), I secretly mailed out packets to about 30 of her friends, family, and collegues. Even one to an old teacher - her math teacher from elementary school who was in his late 80s. I had tracked down old room-mates, college friends, old neighbors from childhood... Anyway, In the packet were a couple of sheets of scrapbook paper, some journaling prompts, etc , a self addressed stamped envelope back to me and a letter that asked them to make a scrapbook page or two for her about their relationship. In the end, I gathered it all up, put it all together, assembled all the pictures I could gather of her growing up with these people and her carreer. I gave it to her at the family dinner celebrating her retirement. She was just aghast that I did it all behind her back and cried every time she turned the page. The book was literally bursting at the seams because everyone was so enthusiastic about joining in. I loved working on that project!!!
